- Returns may only be processed as exchanges for similar items, and returns are only available for paperback books, not downloadable files.
- Files may not be shared. Attempts to illegally distribute our products will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
- All books are copyright of their authors, and no part of the book(s) may be used without permission.
- We are not responsible for loss of content due to failure of a customer's equipment.
- E-book purchases must be downloaded to customer's system within three (3) days. Due to a lack of server space, we are unable to house customer books for constant access.
- Discount codes are provided as a courtesy to our customers. Torquere Press Inc. cannot be responsible for discounting purchases made before coupons/sales are announced, and cannot issue discounts to customers who fail to use the coupon or discount code during the purchase process.
- Please allow six weeks for paperback orders as there are some variables like printer delays, weather and customs that can greatly affect the shipping of books.
