Out of work history professor Cassandra goes to spend some time with
her friend and secret crush Elaine Gray. Elaine is the High Priestess
of Hollywood, an actress for one of the big Studios in Depression era
Hollywood. Between her love for Elaine, which Cassandra tries to keep
hidden, and a very naughty house pet named Bastet, things go astray
fast.
During her stay with Elaine, Cassandra has to
deal with learning that her friend has feelings for her, and with big
cat Bastet's thievery. The Studio is willing to cover things up, but
will Cassandra be able to stay behind closed doors to be with Elaine?
